Estimates can be delivered by any of the following methods: email, fax, verbal or USPS, whichever method you prefer.
Most of our estimates are free. Some exceptions to this are estimates for a buyer or seller of real estate property needed for a financial institution and estimates outside our service territory. The price for these type of estimates is between $75 - $200 depending on the time involved.
We try to calculate the estimate from the information you provide and give you a price right away. However if an evaluation of the work needed is necessary, we will schedule an appoint at your earliest convenience.
The estimate's proposed price is good for 30 days. Should the estimate expire we will re-issue the estimate for another 30 days for the same proposed price, unless the Industries Material or Labor Prices have changed. Then we would issue a newly revised estimate.
